Literally had a view of San Marco. Stunning. Room was lavishly decorated, and was cleaned every day. I couldn’t believe it was real, and even better than described.

Location is everything. The view from the balcony is priceless. The room evokes the real Venice. Comfortable bed.

The location of the suites are incredible. We looked out on the Doge's Palace from our window. With the room we stayed in there's a small balcony we could step out onto and see San Marco Square. We highly recommend staying here!

Location! You can get better than your bedroom overlooking St Marco Piazza. Room was nice, spacious and warm too! Very clean as well. Bed comfy. It can get noisy as the bell tower is right next door, but we had earplugs provided by hotel, which was nice. Water was provided in the room, but I think that kettle or small coffee machine would be great to start the day. There was no coffee machine in the building either

My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here, and will definitely return on a future visit to Venice! A hidden gem of a small boutique hotel, our deluxe double room provided a view of St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica, and St. Mark's Campanile. I loved how centrally located we were. I loved the rich, dark wood and overall look and feel of this room furnished with 18th century furniture and fabrics......it made us feel like we stepped back in time! Our twin beds were comfortable, the marble bathroom was spacious and clean. It was easy getting to and from the train station via vaporetto (stop 5.2). Our booking didn't include breakfast but there were plenty of options nearby, including Caffe Florian and plenty of pastry shops and places that serve breakfast.

The property is located in a prime area, right next to San Marco Basilica . While it’s a small boutique hotel, it has a charming, vintage style that feels very welcoming. The staff accommodated every request we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although we initially did not book breakfast, we decided to add it for $10 per person, which proved to be excellent value. The only downside of the Luxury Rooms - San Marco was that there was no possibility to order food into the room as they do nit provide breakfast, lunch or dinner but on the booking.com it stated that breakfast could be included. Everything else was exceptional and perfect! Clean, nice bath products, safe, ideal central location and overall a great value for money.

It was in a perfect location if you had limited time and wanted to do most of your vacation in the St Marks Square area. The staff were great and extremely pleasant
